We approach every project with the following process:

We begin with a couple of phone conversations. These conversations are meant to find out all about you. We will ask you a lot of questions to get to know what you need and are looking for and will take measurements for your existing space to later draw up plans of your project. If it makes sense to take another step forward our sales team will set up a time to meet.

These meetings are all about us listening to your vision for your remodeling project. These conversations help us understand the budget, scope and goals of your project, as well as understand your expectations and what type of partner you’re looking to work with.

Once we’ve decided that we are a good fit for each other, our team will create a design agreement and provide you with a quote for your project. Upon approval and signing of design agreement and quote, a rendering of the design will be provided for you to approve. We will then schedule a meeting to go over the design and take notes of any question and feedback you may have. This is your chance to put all the personal touches you want into your project, so don’t be afraid to speak up and share your thoughts.

Once the floor plan is right, we will walk you through each step to select all of the finishes that are going to put inside! Don’t know what you want? That’s okay, our experienced designers will help ensure your project is pulled together flawlessly. After the new plans are finished and all your new materials and surfaces are selected, we will put together a final pricing. We will discuss any remaining questions or concerns you.

After your approval of the design, materials and pricing, we will sign the contract, collect a deposit, order your materials, get your building permit and construction will begin! Our goal is to complete every project on time. Since we took the time to select and carefully plan your project in the design phase, we will schedule our trade partners and get your project done without delay. Our experienced project management team will work to communicate and keep you up to date each step of the way. We strive to set expectations and go over your projects timeline to ensure there are no surprises.

We will also work hard to keep your home clean and “livable” as possible throughout the construction period. We employ several dust and debris management systems to protect your flooring, furniture, and health while we work.

When the construction is complete, we will have a final walkthrough with you to show you all the ins-and-outs of your beautiful new home. Once you are able to move into your new space, your warranty period will begin!
